What we collect

When you book a service or contribute to a sadaqah or waqaf service, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and — where the service requires it — your address and postal code, preferred date and time, the names and numbers of secondary contacts, attendance numbers, venue type, and details of your contribution such as the amount and whether it is made on behalf of someone else.

Why we collect it

To check availability, reply to you, deliver the service you asked for, record and report the sadaqah or waqaf you funded, issue receipts, and keep proper records of what we arranged.

We do not sell your data

We never sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the people who need it to complete your arrangement — for example a delivery partner or a vendor working on your booking — and only the details they need.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contribution records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are clearly closed.

Access, correction and deletion

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, and we use reputable service providers for messaging, email and storage.
