Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
Bookings are requests until confirmed
Submitting the booking form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking. We check availability and reply to you, and the arrangement is only confirmed once we have agreed the date, scope and fees with you directly.
Payment and deposits
Published prices are indicative and may change with scope. We confirm the final amount in writing before any payment. For date-dependent services we may ask for a deposit to hold the slot; the balance is due as stated in your confirmation. We accept PayNow and bank transfer.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Tell us as early as you can. Rescheduling is usually possible subject to availability. Where we have already committed costs on your behalf, those costs may not be refundable. Cancellation terms are stated in your written confirmation.
Sadaqah, waqaf and overseas services
Funds are applied to the service you name — waqaf, aqiqah abroad, badal haji, waqaf foldable chairs or a water project. Where a service cannot proceed as described, we will contact you to redirect or return your payment. Each service closes with proof appropriate to it: photos, videos, an e-certificate or a distribution report. We are not a registered charity or IPC, so payments are not tax-deductible.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate contact details, access to the venue at the agreed time, and prompt answers to any questions that affect delivery.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in everything we arrange. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
